		<description>Good post.  Juicing makes getting a lot of fruits and veggies really easy.  I mainly juice veggies and eat fruits, although I do mix apple in sometimes with the carrots and other veggies.

You can get the nutrients of 5-6 large carrots in a  glass of juice, but it would be really difficult to eat that many carrots every day.

Making smoothies is another good way to get a lot of nutrients in one good tasting drink.</description>
