			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Up until recently, there were four choices for persons with Insomnia.  These were</p>
<p>	1.  Do nothing, suffer and hope it&#8217;ll get better with time.  This is the sad choice of many, and it doesn&#8217;t work.  They most often get worse.</p>
<p>	2.  Start taking one of the huge advertised array of drugs, and then often taking other drugs hoping to solve the side effects as they show up.  This is known as the drug side effect chain.  My ex-wife once ended up taking six different drugs in this way, and the end effect was that she got worse instead of better &#8211; a not uncommon result</p>
<p> 	3.  Pay exorbitant amounts of money for EEG Biofeedback Neurofeedback training.  This has been the best solution up to now.  The overall success rate with good and bad clinicians is considered to be about 85.  But, the cost of 60 recommended half hour sessions with a &#8220;professional&#8221; at 4500 to over 10,000 is above the ability of most mid and low income families.</p>
<p>	4.  Try various allergy clinics to try to find the allergysensitivity responsible, and also do all the various tests for mineral toxicity mercury, copper, arsenic, cadmium, etc.  This is also pretty expensive, with the very best system End Point Titration costing upwards of 10,000. <p>Now, there&#8217;s another choice.  I invented a new method of changing brain wave amplitude up or down that is similar to EEG BF, but is inexpensive enough to give mid and low income families a choice besides expensive and dangerous drugs.  It&#8217;s auditory messaging used mostly during sleep.  Instead of changing behavior as is &#8220;usual&#8221; with this technique, it does the same thing that EEG biofeedback neurofeedback does, i.e. it raises the SMR brain wave 12-14 cycles per second &#8211; Hz, while lowering the Theta brain wave 4-8 Hz at the same time.  </p>
<p>For those who aren&#8217;t familiar with EEG BF, this is the most effective brain training mechanism that best solves this particular brain problem.  It also solves ADHD, insomnia, IBS, epilepsy, and even many cases of schizophrenia. <p>In my former practice as an Orthomolecular Psychologist, I had used auditory messaging with good success, and in 2004, I realized that it should be possible to use this technique to do the same thing that was done by the expensive EEG Bf units and a computer.  Instead of going thru the conscious mind of the &#8220;trainee&#8221; to affect the unconscious, why not go directly to the unconscious mind?  </p>
<p>After more than two years, three clinical trials, and extensive testing utilizing volunteers who paid for the right to participate, I proved the following</p>
<p>	1.  The Bate Auditory Brainwave Training Patent Pending Is very similar to EEG BF and accomplishes the same basic brain training with these following minor differences</p>
<p>		a.  It compares with one night sleep being almost equivalent to one half hour session. <p>In the last test, this possible effect was discussed beforehand and warned about, and while it occurred in a few cases, it did not deter any of the volunteers, as it had done in earlier testing.  This is NOT a dangerous &#8220;side effect&#8221; such as can be caused by all drugs!  It can cause minor discomfort in a few individuals for only a day or so at worst.     </p>
<p>c.  Motivation is no longer a huge factor as it is in EEG BF.  Both the parents<br />
and the child have to motivated to continue long weeks of training, and if the training is                               stopped before an end point, some, or most, of the gain is lost.  </p>

Keep in mind, medical and mental health issues could hinder some people from exploring the subliminal mind to master the emotions. For this reason, you may want to weed out any medical or mental related complications before venturing into subliminal learning. 

Once you have weeded out such complications you can move to address the emotional issues that you deal with. 

How to invoke subliminal learning to manage the emotions 
Subliminal learning tactics takes some skill. First, you want to develop willingness, and the willpower to venture into this area of the mind where hidden messages reside.

Preparing is always wise. When you are prepared, it often makes it easier to overcome any problems that may crop in. thus, prepare.

Organize the plan so that you know which direction you are going. Put the plan into order and then start practicing daily until you are well trained to master the emotions through subliminal learning. 

No one knows your history better than you do. Therefore, set up a plan that revolves around your history, including your experiences, learning and knowledge. Consider the way you see things now. Arrange your plan so that it fits according to your needs or style of life. 

Begin practice. Practice will train you to work through your problems effectively and to discover the hidden self. Warm up each time before you begin practice so that you are prepared for whatever you may discover. 

You can plan each day to warm up by creating diagrams, mind maps, charts, or other solutions that give you improvising to work through your problems. By doing so you can develop strategies, ideas, plots, etc to allow you to make proposals at times your subliminal mind does not cooperate. 

Using mind maps is a great way to develop strategies and ideas that will assist you with exploring the subliminal mind to master the emotions. Mind maps are often created from images you develop in your mind. 

Once you have developed those images it will be easier if you write down what you imagine, your new ideas, strategies, et cetera. Draw sketches to assist you with imaging. This gives you an arrangement, which helps you to organize your thoughts and to prepare for whatever you may discover during the process of subliminal challenging.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Hawthorne Effect is a little known phenomenon of the unconscious mind. A person starts training at something &#8220;new&#8221;. For a few hours or days, there is significant improvement in this training, then, suddenly, no improvement or in some few cases, a reverse in training is experienced.</p>
<p>No one &#8220;knows&#8221; exactly why this phenomenon is a factor in various educational training situations.  The major theory is that It comes from the unconscious mind &#8220;resisting change&#8221;.  .Or, you might use the popular phrase If it works, don&#8217;t fix it!   </p>
<p>While it seems to appear more in Subliminal Training than other modes, it&#8217;s also present in other training or teaching situations, including EEG Biofeedback AKA Neurofeedback. As usual, it varies with each INDIVIDUAL. A majority of persons never notice any effects. Why do some, and not others?  We don&#8217;t know &#8211; always remember that in dealing with the mind, every one is different INDIVIDUALITY is the key.  However, in a few persons, this Hawthorne Effect may be very strong, and perhaps frightening.</p>
<p>Since this Hawthorne Effect seems to be more prevalent in subliminal brain training, I have given this subject a lot of thought, and have the following theories as to how this Hawthorne Effect may work in different individuals</p>
<p>      In my opinion, the most probable reason for this effect is the unconscious mind&#8217;s &#8220;resistance to change&#8221;, as part of our inherent defense system. The computer part of our brain tries to maintain the status quo. This is known as homeostasis in medical language. In layman language, &#8220;don&#8217;t fix what ain&#8217;t broke&#8221;.</p>
<p>      Another possible factor for some persons may be that the unconscious mind doesn&#8217;t want that brain problem solved. The unconscious mind is a strange, and at times, a murky place indeed. I once found with hypnosis, that a very fat lady unconsciously didn&#8217;t want to lose fat because she was &#8220;punishing&#8221; her husband. Bedwetters often are unconsciously &#8220;punishing their parents&#8221;. Sounds silly, but it&#8217;s true as any good psychologist can testify. The goals of the unconscious often contradict the goals of the conscious!</p>
<p>      A somewhat similar unconscious motive might be that the person is &#8220;punishing&#8221; their self for some real or imaginary guilt. </p>
<p>As to why this Hawthorne Effect seems to be somewhat more prevalent used in subliminal training than in EEG BF training, it&#8217;s probable that using the conscious mind to work on the unconscious may seem to be more &#8220;reassuring&#8221;, and create less resistance to change. However, some persons working in EEG BF AKA Neurofeedback have reported this same effect in some trainees.</p>
<p>Now that I hope you understand the Hawthorne Effect a bit better, let&#8217;s see what it means to you and yours!  First and foremost &#8211; be assured that you can come to no harm in simply continuing to train as you did. The Hawthorne Effect has never actually harmed anyone, except scaring them out of doing what they want to do.</p>
<p>If you simply keep on going to sleep while playing the Bate Auditory Training audio, in a few days or so, you&#8217;ll notice that you are now, once again, improving in various symptoms. Keep on trucking, as the saying goes, and you&#8217;ll get better.</p>
